No exercise yesterday, but today did good 30 minute outdoor walk & YOU workout Strength training has been spotty last 10 days so I felt a little rusty. Couldn't do as many crunches. It is so easy to get out of the exercise habit for me, it's scary.

Today I used a new piece of equipment - an Arc trainer. It's like a heavy-duty Tony Little Gazelle! Anyway, I did 1/2 hour on it. Much higher heartbeat than the past few weeks - I was wiped out by the end of it. I'm thinking I'll be sore tomorrow!

Did 35 minute walk today. First time I've walked in several days because of my knee.
