Default Question about incorporating fiber into my diet

Hi - I am a newbie and this is my first post. Hope I am in the correct forum. I am working on incorporating approx. 35 grams of fiber into my Weight Watchers diet. Does anyone know of a good website that has the fiber counts of food listed in order of grams?
Thanks.

If you search for 'high fiber foods' in google, tons of sites will pop up. Here is one from the Mayo clinic.

You can also use calorieking.com or something similar to search for fiber contents of specific foods.

The closer you eat to food in its natural state, the more likely you will be eating more fiber. Of course some things are fiber enriched like cereal grains. It also comes with practice after time. I don't even think about fiber but I get around 100 grams per day.

I didn't even really think about the amount of fiber in my breakfast this morning and that alone was around 20 grams of fiber.

Oh goodness. Increase your fiber gradually and drink lots of water or you might have problems. But yes fiber is important.

The added fiber products in the stores can cause stomach upset for some.. so read the ingredients and keep track of which ones cause the problems.
