That dress is beautiful. I bought mine on ebay. I tried it on in a store and fell in love with it and found it on ebay brand new for 150 dollars cheaper. We got the bridesmaids dresses at Davids though.

Kristen - we don't have whole foods here..:( I'm sure I will eventually find those pesky noodles! Will you share some of your menu ideas for the week? I'm soooo not creative, and could use some help! I'm working on my menus for the week, and then I'm going to go shopping to get the rest of what I will be needing. I'm glad we have a good group of friends to tackle this challenge together!:) |
Do you have one of the cookbooks? I went through it and planned out my menu with it. I decided that on the Slimdown days I would have as my other protein chicken one day, shrimp one day, beef one day and so on and then created my menu based on flipping through and finding things that I would like to eat or try. Also, I chose different salad options for lunches. This way I am trying all the different recipes in my cookbook.
You could do this also with the recipe threads too. :) |

I got my lunch packed for tomorrow.
I am going to do this with oranges instead of juice. I think mentally having the oranges will make me feel like I am eating more. Breakfast: orange and a luna bar snack: orange lunch: 3oz shrimp, celery snack: orange and a luna bar dinner: salad w/3oz grilled chicken snack: orange I am saving an orange for the after dinner dessert b/c I like to have a little something after dinner. |

I'm ready for the next few days too! Target had the slim fasts on sale, and Florida pink shrimp was on sale too!
After TO, I have decided that since I am not too hungry in the morning, I will have my slim fast then with a fruit, and then I am having my kashi w/blueberries and Almond Breeze for lunch, and then fish and veggies for dinner. I am doing shrimp Mon and Tues, grilled mahi w/pineapple Wed., grilled tilapia w/lemon wedges Thurs and shrimp and stir fry veggies w/teriyaki sauce and... THE SCARY SHIRATAKI NOODLES... on Fri. Good luck girls, here's to us and a successful challenge! |

I am good to go for tomorrow too, ladies. I will be doing FF, as I can't eat the lites :(. I will use oranges. I bought some slimfast at Aldi yesterfday, and I am good to go. I have blue hake, cod, and shrimp in my freezer. We are going to kick some butt! I am READY!!!!

I am new to this site but not the diet. I did the diet about 3 years ago and lsot 30lbs! but unfortunatley they found there way back. anyways i was going to try this challenge however i can seem to get my will power in check, and this am i had a brownie:( . i was hoping maybe some of you fine folks might have some helpful insight!! need to get these lbs off again!!!
