Nicole! We missed you too! (Isn't it funny how we all miss each other when we're "gone" [Pearl] and we've never even met?)

As for me... But nekkid this morning had me at 196.8, I will post COD WI later. That makes a home scale loss of 9.4.

I would have probably hit 10, but I spent last week drinking my fruits (not cheating, but drinking my fruits for a few days), and then Sunday we were out all day and I had a Shell gas station breakfast of 3.5 oz of beef jerkey, a veggie burger for lunch on light bread, and a turkey sub for dinner. Could have been worse, I suppose, but I was so mad I left the house without my slim fast and supplies.

I didnt follow the Slim Down Challenge to a T, but I lost 7.6 during the same timeframe.

WTG, Cassi!!!!!!!!! WTG, Kim!!!!!!! WTG, Kim!!!!!!!! How did everyone else do??? The way I look at it........if everyone had SOME loss over the last two weeks........then this has been a total success!!!!!!!!!

Net loss of 10.2!!!!!

COD
Starting Weight 204.8
Endng Weight 197.4
Net loss of 7.4!!!!!

I have no idea HOW or WHY the COD scale was less than me the day I started. Figures it's the only time ever. But... WOO HOO!

Cassi........you crack me up, girl. It is important, and I am soo thrilled for you. How did you like seeing the COD scale at 197? I was sooo excited when mine was below 199 and 198. It made it seem much more real....Onderland that is :)

I was waiting for it to be back up over 200 today at the COD. I need Friday's and next Monday's (day after Super Bowl) to be under 200 to really believe it.

Kim - You WILL get there! I see you're in the 2-0's. I creeped there forEVER! I'm still afraid I may go back there. I still don't believe the scale.

I am SO behind the times now...but I saw a nice little drop on the scale today, and finally picked up some slimdowns (I'd just done TO prior to y'all starting this challenge so I couldn't play along), so starting tomorrow...(tomorrow? yeah, tomorrow)...I will jump in and try this, too! Does it matter which you do, the 21-day challenge or the slimdown challenge? Is one better than the other?

Megan - It's just the length of time. I didn't want to commit to 3 weeks so I did the 16 day challenge.

Day 1-2 is TO

Day 3-7 is regular plan but replace 1P and 1S w/a Slim Down (or Slim Fast Optima and rf string cheese). Use fish for your other protein.

Day 8 is regular plan (no Slim Down)

Day 9 is regular plan (no Slim Down), but have a carb craver meal for breakfast or lunch

Day 10-14 is regular plan but replace 1P and 1S with a Slim Down and have fish for your other protein

Day 15-16 TO
