I did much better yesterday. I stayed away from the comfort foods, so that is a plus! Stress is abating a little bit, so that is good as well. Now if I can just get back to sleeping at night.......
I made it a point to have protein with my breakfast. What a huge difference it made with my hunger level. DUH! Isn't that what is wriiten in all the "diet" books??? I am a little slow at times....

So today is going well so far. Pushing my water, food on target. Just gotta stick with it.
Phyllis, the walking is really important. Try to push for those extra steps/miles each day/week. You are doing so great!!! I am really proud of all you are accomplishing!
Cathy - you sound so upbeat! Good for you! Take that energy and use it to accomplish lots for yourself!
