Default Welcome Spring!!

Good Morning all!

Today is my weigh in and I stayed the same from Friday, which is great since I went to two buffets and had dinner at a friend's house last night! I had a busy weekend signing up the kids for baseball and all. this will be their first year playing in a real League. Before they played at the local YMCA which lets you bat until you hit the ball. (of course that was a few years back!) So this spring, I feel that I won't be home in the evenings AT ALL with 3 in different leagues. Wish me luck! Here's to hoping everyone can stay on track this week!

My little sis has two girls that play on travel softball leagues...I hardly talk to her at all during season...She works full time and her hubby travels...she weighs about 105# soaking wet! she says the key to softball season and healthy eating is planning. She packs veggie and/or fruit kabobs with ranch or fruit dip for the kids...and roll ups on whole wheat tortilla...you'd be amazed at the # of kids that survive sport seasons on rushed dinners full of trans fats and fast foods and pizzas! hope this helps

Spring? What Spring? (hee hee)

It started snowing in Denver last night and it's still coming down. You can barely see past the parking lot. I had to drive my husband's Jeep to work today. Sorry Donna whereever you are, but I still hate snow!
