Default What happened to the mouse?

Melissa, what happened to the mouse? And how do you have enough willpower to stop at 12 M&Ms -- that is fantastic!

I am so sorry that I am just getting to this post. I have a hard time keeping up. WELL...my hubby came home with one of those glue pads. I told him to put peanut butter in the middle of it and lay a couple of M&Ms around the peanut butter. He put it in the the laundry room and I went to bed. I got up the next morning and went directly to the laundry room. The door was cracked, so I slowly pushed the door open. He layed the pad in front of the dryer. I didn't see it there, so I kept opening the door until it was completely open. WELL, there was no mouse and no glue pad. I started to panic. I thought "well this dumb mouse is halfway stuck to this pad and dragging himself around my house". I could only imagine what was going on. I woke my husband up and asked him where the mouse pad was and he said he caught the mouse. He said the mouse got stuck on the pad with in 5 minutes of putting it out. I know what got him there. It was my M&Ms. I am soooo glad that the nasty critter has been dealt with. Needless to say, I will not leave M&Ms out. The will always be in a closed container.

Just be careful, if there's one in the winter time, chances are there's more to follow! LOL!

I wish I could tell you one is it. But I've had this problem and there was more then one. Babies came along as well. And I'm afraid of mice. I remember this one time, I was watching tv alone in the living room, and I saw this mouse come out of the kitchen. The next day, I saw it walking right in front of my feet. I yelled! We took care of them of course. There's no room in my house for me and mice. I know they are smaller then me, but I still feel awful when I see one around. Hopefully, you won't see another one.
