Staying pretty close to JC plan, ate out last night and brought 1/2 of it home like he suggested but I was a bit heavy on the carbs so I will drink extra water today and I will do the treadmill so that should work any damage off.

Glad to see Laurie posting again, now we need Terri, Lynn, MaGreta???? Hey even if your not OP we miss you, check in and let us know how your doing. Dani we all have off days and weeks, don't worry. You are closer to your goal now and I think it gets harder....don't give up.

Another HOT, SUNNY day here in So. Florida.......isn't it about time FALL got down this way????? I'm waiting!!!!

Hiya Phyllis! It is hot here on the Space Coast too....I'm presently cold, however, because my office is FREEZING!!

My boyfriend and I went to Applebees last night. Their Weight Watchers menu has several things that fit the JC plan! I had the teriyaki beef and shrimp kabobs, which came with rice pilaf and steamed veg, all for 370 cal! Perfect! NO need to take anything home!

Jeanette -- That is great that you got the WW meal. YOu are doing great too!!! All right!!

I am plugging along. I have a personal goal to reach the 139 mark by Friday but I think it is way too much of a stretch. I have been doing pretty well OP so far!

Morning, Ladies.

Hope everyone is doing well today. It is slightly overcast up here in North Georgia. The weather can't decide if it wants to be cool or hot/humid.

I think I am on plan. I am not sure about my snacks. I pick things off the list in the book, but am not sure if eating yogurt as a snack and as part of my protein in the morning is okay...is it?

I am still learning the eating routine. I do like it, though. It is soooo much easier to choose food when I eat out.


Phyllis - Great job on bringing home half of what you ordered. I love meals like that...pay once, but eat twice!!

Jen415 - MMmmmm, that teriyaki sounded good. I am so glad that restaurants now provide better, heatlhier options! It makes eating out that much better and easier!

Anita - If you can't reach your goal, maybe you could get closer?? Every little bit helps. Glad you are OP!

I did very good on Wed. except when my son woke up at midnight - starving. He ate cereal and I ate a bowl of ramon noodles. And about 5 hershey kisses - (oops) I think TOM is lurking around the corner somewhere cause I never binge on chocolate like that. But I am down this Thurs AM in spite of all that (just by 4 ounces) But I was expecting up a pound! WHEW!
