Default I am getting tired!

I am working so much now that last night Kevin said I was shaking before bedtime. I can hardly wake up in the AM to work (even though it is at home) and never nap in the afternoons cause thats when my little one is awake.

Hopefully by the begining of the year I can cut down to only one job. That would be ideal. I want to keep my job at the Fitness Club- because it is so much fun and it keeps me working out.

So that is the reason I don't post as much anymore.

Here's my weekly schedule:
Mon 4:30PM-8:30PM - work out for 30-60 min home by 10
Tues - Fri:
6am-8am work, son to school at 825, 9- 12 work, 12-2 break - eat lunch- get ready for next job, go pick up son from school at 3pm. Drop off at my moms or mother in laws by 4. Get to work by 4:15 work till 8:30. Work out for 30 -45 min. Unless they are at my moms then I go pick them up and take home to get in bed after homework is done. Then start over. - UGH!

Hang in there hon. Try take some you time. For a nap or to read or whatever. You are gonna make yourself sick if you get burned out. Even if it's for only 10 or 15 min. - take some time.

Man, you wore me out just reading your schedule!

I used to keep that kind of crazy schedule too, but I found myself sicker for it. Donna's right--you have to take time for you!!

I agree, take care of yourself Dani.....if you get run down you will get ill. Even a 20 min nap will help.

Check in when you can, hope you can manage to stay in the challenge.....Phyllis
