Talking Challenge Weigh In for October-WI Here Please

Please weigh in here every Sunday to keep it under one thread....Good Luck everyone

I am down 2 lbs...first time I've lost 2. Guess some exercising does help and the first time WI under 190's!!!!

We bought an elliptical yesterday so now I can burn some fat!! Woohooo

Looks like everyone is doing well so far, STS is fine....you didn't gain!! Still 3 weeks to go and I'm sure we'll all have some ups and downs!!! Funny right!!! lol

Please post ladies if you want to stay in the challenge.

EEK! The beach trip got me! I stayed the same! Oh well! A least I didn't gain. Better focus this week! WI - 206 lbs.

Hi all,
Sorry it has taken me so long to check in. I have had company since last thursday and now i am sick....ugh...so i have not weighed in yet this week! I promise to weigh in on Sunday but i am afraid that there will be no loss since i haven't been following anything. I am still here and staying with the challenge so i can get some motivation and support.
