Hi, my name is Heidi. I just found this site and am so thrilled. I am starting tomorrow morning at 5 am. I am going to do the firm series as well as the 3 hour diet. I am so excited to be here. I can't wait to get to know all of you.

i'm doing the firm also and the 3 hour diet plus the 8 mins in the morning workout as well,

The 3-hr diet is basically eating every 3 hrs with balanced meals and snacks. There is no "catch" it isn't a lose weight quick plan. Very sensible and the "right" way to lose weight. It's just all broken down for us that need the direction. For those who need a plan to follow to get on track

Default I am new as well

I need some help I am depressed way bad and I am not sure where to turn... this is my problem my husband is bi and i am fine with that but he like to hurry into meeting someone off the internet and he never dicusses it with me much less discusses the daily married life things either the last time he went to meet a gay guy he never used protection and i am afraid he is gonna bring home an std to me or our kids. and it also make me feel like i am not good enough for him i understand that we all have our preferance, but just the way he acts and then just leaves and don't listen to me hurts can someone help shed some light on this...
