9:30 am--6 oz Wal-Mart brand FF yogurt with 1T Flax seed 100 cal; 2 Kraft Lite cheese wedges 70 cal; 16 reduced fat Wheat Thins 130 cal; 100 cal pack Chips Ahoy = 400 cals
12:30 pm--1 c. tomato soup 100 cal; 2 slices diet wheat bread 80 cal = 180 cal
3:30 pm--6 oz Wal-Mart brand FF yogurt with 1T Flax seed 100 cal; granola bar 200 cal; sweet potato chips 100 cal = 400 cals
