Since I bought my shiny new scale, I am jumping on it several times a day. I NEED TO STOP.
My success is not determined by that thing in my bathroom with the big dial. It is how well I stay OP, it is how much water I drink, it is how much I move my body.
The scale is only one way to track progress--not the ONLY way!
Same as Anita. I also notice I am usually at my highest for the week on Wednesday - no more hump day weighing for me! Maybe that's because if I'm slacking the beginning of the week and not down then I crack down for the rst of the week. HMMMMM! Something for me to think about.
