How often are you on the scale?
Since I bought my shiny new scale, I am jumping on it several times a day. I NEED TO STOP.
My success is not determined by that thing in my bathroom with the big dial. It is how well I stay OP, it is how much water I drink, it is how much I move my body. The scale is only one way to track progress--not the ONLY way! Your thoughts? |
There is a conspiracy going on at my house.............the scale calls my name every morning and every night!!!

the only times i go on it is my WI on sunday morning, and if i'm tempted to go to the fridge and it's not my time to eat.

I tend to weigh 1 time a day -- in the buff, in the morning, and before I eat or drink anything.

Same as Anita. I also notice I am usually at my highest for the week on Wednesday - no more hump day weighing for me! ;) Maybe that's because if I'm slacking the beginning of the week and not down then I crack down for the rst of the week. HMMMMM! Something for me to think about.
