This is a set of exercises outlined with this weightloss plan that you can do every morning and it only takes 8 mins everyone morning...........hence... 8MM(8 mintes in the morning). I dont' care for them because alot of them require getting down on the floor and I can't see the timer from the floor. You do a warm up for for 1 min then do a set for 1 min then another set for another min.....etc.......then the last minute consist of a cool down. Its basically a 8 minute in the morning exercise routine that goes along with The 3 Hour Diet.
