Lynn's Food Journal - 9/11 - 9/17
I can't find post where I posted my goal. So I decided to put it here: I will lose some weight every week.
9/11 - 176.8
9/12 - 176.8
9/13 - 176.8
9/14 - 176.4

Sunday - 9/11
Breakfast -
1 sl pumpkin bread, 1 egg, marg, lt ww Eng Muffin.
Lunch -
chicken salad (diced chicken, lt mayo, celery, raisins) on ww pita, w grapes
Dinner -
steak, pasta w olive oil, tomatoes, egg plant, garlic, and onions.
Snack -
2 sf puddings (60 cals)

OK do you REALLY want to have both the pumpkin bread AND the english muffin? Maybe one or the other and throw in some fruit and more protein in place of the other one?!?

You are absolutely correct. I woke up & gobbled down a piece of the pumpkin bread before I remembered I was back to eating right.
After that, I was back with the program. I'm going to look for that oatmeal today. I love oatmeal. Thanks for the tip.

Lynn you are NOT eating enough protein, you are only getting 1 protein and that is NOT enough! We dont' want you getting hungry over there and then make the wrong choices! Becareful hun!
