I am going to try this.

Where do I buy this book from? The name and author please.

I assume it is jorge Cruise But more details will help for me to go up to chapters.

YAY Jodi! The book is called 3-hour diet by Jorge Cruise. I got mine at Wal Mart. I know most book stores carry it also. Anything we can do to help, just holler! Welcome aboard~looking forward to getting to know you better.
