Default Friday!!!!!!!!!!

yeah it's friday,

my meal plan for today is......

7:00 am = oat meal, small orange, 8 oz's skim milk

water

10:00 am = cottage cheese and water

water

1:00 pm = tuna fish with fat free mayo on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoe with a salad and of course water

water

4:00 pm = celery with fat free peanut butter on it and 1 TBS of raisins and water

water

7:00 pm = cajun spiced chicken breast (no skin and fat removed) baked in oven with red potatoes and broc. and salad. with water and 8 0z's skim milk

10 pm = jello and water


i walked this morning, and i'm going walking this after noon. i'm pretty much doing good. i'll weigh in this sunday.

what's every one's plan today.

Hi Shanna & everyone!

Shanna -- you are doing well!!!!!!

I am doing only OK. For the most part I am OP but I have been snacking here and there. NOT GOOD!!!! I have a feeling I will sts again this week. I did 1 hour of walking this morning and I plan to do my weight circuit and a bit more stairmaster this evening.
