Newbie Here!
Hi ladies!
I am new to the boards, and if you don't mind, I'd love to join your group. I'll post my bio on the bio thread when I am done here. Long story short, I've been doing WW since February and have done pretty well (37 pounds gone) but for the past two weeks I've been gaining even though I am sticking to the plan.
I've done many other diets in the past, and eating every 3 hours is the only one that seems to work for me in the long run, and it basically makes more sense. Eating 3 meals a day is killer and I tend to binge.
Anyway...I picked up one of Jorge's books yesterday and I started the program today. I'm ready to start loosing again and sharing troubles and successes with all of you.
