Okay so we added on our exercising to the challenge (See previous post "Challenge Week2") and so the question/activity point for today is this.
After you go exercise today come back and post what you did and how it made you feel!
I will be exercising tonight! So far so good today on the eating and stuff so I am going have a perfect day today! I can feel it! I want and WILL hit that 24 lb mark by Sunday!!!
Ok I didn't make it to post this yesterday so I don't know if it still counts...but I worked out with trainer on weights yesterday plus 35 minutes of cardio. MMMM Feels SO GOOD!!!!
Dani, I am not sure if this will count but I did a 50 minute walk yesterday!!!!!! And it made me feel great!!! I love the feeling I get after the walk when my heart is pumping and my blood moving! I feel alive & energetic. During my walk I feel great too. That is a time for me to think and reflect!!
