Secret Challenge - Week 2
Okay all here is week 2 on the challenge. We continue the points weither we are OP with water and food. We are adding exercise to this challenge. It s cardio time.
Cardio everyday is 1 point.
Weights/Toning (3 times a week is good like MONDAY TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY or more!) 1 point each toning day.
SIMPLIFIED:
1 point food
1 point water
1 point cardio
1 point toning (8mm)
Any questions or activities I post that is answered will be additional points given to any one that answers them. I will post a day thread for those instead of one long thread for the week.
You can keep track of your own points or YIM them to me daily. Everyone YIM me your points for last week please!!!!!
