Post looking for a buddy


hello everyone i am looking for a buddy to help keep me motivated and help me on this long journey i am about to take. i am also a motivating person. I have started the south beach diet today and need all the help i can get. thanks for listening to me everyone.

I wouldn't mind being your buddy, but I'm not on SB. So...are you looking for someone on SB?? Or just someone in general???

hey there i am on South Beach as well. Today is my first day. So how much do you need to lose? how long have you been on SBD?

Sorry, you must of mis-read my post. I'm not on SB. I've had friends who are, though we never really talked about the plan. I needed to loose 95 lbs when I first started, but I'm already down 12. There is a forum for SB dieters. They could help you with any questions and you might like to join in on some of their exercise challenges, too. I am starting the South Beach diet tomorrow, and would love to have a buddy to keep me in check because I am a very weak person when it comes to food. I'm going home tonight and getting my book out so that I know what I need to do to get started first thing in the morning!!!

I have over 100 pounds to lose, but am trying to look at it as 10 pounds at a time or it just becomes to overwhelming. I have a membership to a gym and am going to start using it.

well i have 90lbs to lose. well if you want we can have challenges on a weekly basis for motivation how does that sound? if you have any questions about SB you can ask me and see if i can help.

hey there

no i have msn messanger. but we can say that we will try to do 300 mins of exercise for the week. Anything we want it to be.but we have to complete 300mins by next thursday. you can go over the mins if you wish.
