Hi!

My name is Julia and I am 25, from the midwest, and trying to lose 50 lbs. Umm, its been really hard for me because until I had my son, I never had any weight issues. But that was 4 years ago and the "I just had a baby" excuse isn't cutting it any more. I recently stepped on the scale and it read 205. I just wanted to die. Anyway, I'm new at dieting and could really use youre recipes, tips, but MOSTLY support! Thanks!!

Hi & Welcome!!! Yeah...the whole "I just had a baby" excuse slips through our fingers kinda quick! My youngest is almost 1 1/2! Welcome again!
