You are doing awesome just from your first post in this thread to today's post - you can tell the difference! Remember when you are taking good care of your health, it makes dealing with life's hardships easier. Not that they hurt less ... but that you have the "strength" to handle them.

Thanks for the kind words. It's taken me along time to realize I can only live for tomorrow and know that I can't change the past, just learn from it. Just got back from skating and I feel refreshed, not sure about my weight but in either event, I feel better. Take care, Jess

Just wanted to say I'm down to 200lbs...I guess skating two days a week are helping. Still battling with the Mountain Dew issue but it's getting better. A few pounds gone, many more to go. I can do this!
