Hello and welcome. How long since you stopped breast feeding? It may take your body awhile to adjust. Take things one day at a time, at a weight loss program we went to, we were told to take one behavior at a time and overcome that before moving on to the next. We dieters try to change too many behaviors at one time, so work on one thing at a time, my "fault" I am working on this week is snacking after supper. So take care and good luck. God Bless
