New here...need to do something
 

Hi there! Well I was 125lbs before the fertility meds (up to 135) ... gained to 160 with pregnancy...lost while breastfeeding down to 140...stopped bf and back to 150... HELP! I don't know what to do...more like...I HAVE NO SELF CONTROL! I need someone/people to keep me in line/support me. I hope that this is the place :)

Hello and welcome. How long since you stopped breast feeding? It may take your body awhile to adjust. Take things one day at a time, at a weight loss program we went to, we were told to take one behavior at a time and overcome that before moving on to the next. We dieters try to change too many behaviors at one time, so work on one thing at a time, my "fault" I am working on this week is snacking after supper. So take care and good luck. God Bless
