Tell us a little more about you and what you eat (or want to eat) and what you do for activity (or would like to do for activity). Somebody will help you sort out where to go. In the mean time. There are lots of wondeful forums here to browse! Welcome!

. One thing I remember about the old WW program is, I was HUNGRY. I did try the points thing, but who has time to memorize all that?
I doubt if I am a low carber .... I love bread, pasta, potatos, corn etc. I think just plain healthy eating that does not leave me hungry is it, is there such a thing? O yeah, I will not go through another I'm hungry diet again!
I just looked for foods that were low in saturated fats and ate natural stuff more. But it was the exercise that actually made the biggest difference. From about Aug. 2002 to June 2003, I had only lost around 30 pounds. Once I began exercise...well here it is Oct. 2004, and I've lost right at 100. I used to look forward to those 5 pound increment decreases that I got to enter into the treadmill.
