Help! I need a buddy!
Hi everybody! My name is Kelin... I'm 21 years old (will be 22 on July 9th) and a senior in college.
Here's my story: You know how they talk about people gaining the "freshman 15?" Well, for me it was the freshman forty-five. For most of the one and a half years I was living on campus at a women's college, I weighed 195 pounds. After transferring and moving back into my parents' house, I dropped to 160. For about a year after that, my weight fluctuated between 160 and 175 (mostly closer to 175). Finally, after my boyfriend broke up with me I decided to do something about it. That was a little over a year ago. In that time I've gone from 175 to 141.5. My current weight is actually lower than I weighed during most of high school, but I would really like to get to 130. I've lost all this weight mostly by just not eating very much and by exercising regularly for the first time in my life. But now I think I need to work on my issues with food. I think I need to start eating healthy and regularly. A lot of the time I won't eat anything until 4 in the afternoon, and then it isn't usually good for me.... Like pizza, or ice cream, or cheezits. So, I would really like to have a buddy to keep me paying attention to what I'm doing and help keep me motivated to keep going on my treadmill!
I hope to hear from someone soon!
Kelin
