Hello everybody,
I just (re)started WW at home program yesterday.
I did the program in Germany last year and had some success but grew frustrated, when a friend that I started with lost more than twice the weight I did (17lbs vs. 37)- and I was the one exercising all the time (and no, it was not muscles, my clothes didn't fit better either).
Then I came to the US and regained most of the pounds I lost because I started slacking when I made the transition from the European program to the American one.
So now I am starting out again and found this site when I was searching for nutritional information of restaurant foods
Oh, to introduce myself: I am 26 yrs. old, currently living in New York, but I'll go back to Germany in the summer. My current weight is 165 and the ultimate goal is 130 (The highest on record was 185.).
I will probably need some support when I start hitting those plateaus again and I'll definitely be back for ideas and inspiration.
