here is my story
I am a 36 yr old mom -will be 37 in april-to 2 girls 5 and 8 1/2. and married for 12 yrs- I weighed 185lbs 3 yrs ago and every year I set a goal for my weightloss and meet it and then maintain it for the rest of the year-- small steps but it has worked.
this year I need to lose 15-20lbs and I will be at my weight.
I started South Beach lst week I will be on day 9 tomorrow I have lost 3 .5 lbs so right now I weigh 140.5/141.
I "try" to do my treadmill everyday for 25 mins.
I know these last 15 lbs will be the hardest by my birthday I would love to hit my goal so my weightloss journey could be over and I can hit my maintance stage forever.
I work part time as a marketing coordinator and I am from the northeast of PA.
so I am looking for someone in the same boat to eamail whether it is once a day or week--
I would be happy to email you, I need encouragment myself. I'm down to my last 10 lbs and also doing SBD. I posted a thread earlier introducing myself but I'm 32, married w/ 2 children.
