Hi! I'm new here and looking for support. I'm 30 and married to a great guy who loves me just as I am. But I'm not happy with the shape I'm in. I previously lost 97 pounds and became way too thin for me, then gained about 50 pounds back, aaargh! Now my goal is to get to 160-170. (I am 5'8".) So I have 20-30 pounds to go. Like a lot of people I have tried almost everything. The problem is, I KNOW exactly what works. It's the DOING it that's the hard part. I don't like exercise when I am out of shape, although I can enjoy it once I am in a little better shape. Getting started again is so hard! I'm hoping that support from others can make a difference!
