Angry New here!

Hi! I'm new here and looking for support. I'm 30 and married to a great guy who loves me just as I am. But I'm not happy with the shape I'm in. I previously lost 97 pounds and became way too thin for me, then gained about 50 pounds back, aaargh! Now my goal is to get to 160-170. (I am 5'8".) So I have 20-30 pounds to go. Like a lot of people I have tried almost everything. The problem is, I KNOW exactly what works. It's the DOING it that's the hard part. I don't like exercise when I am out of shape, although I can enjoy it once I am in a little better shape. Getting started again is so hard! I'm hoping that support from others can make a difference!

Hi Guys,

I'm a 22 year old gal, who like the rest of you has tried everything to lose weight, from certain diets, to certain pills......I thought there was no hope, until now... I started august 2003 at 256lbs and I am down to 214lbs...... How? All on my own... I changed the way I was eating, I stick to a regular workout routine, drink lots of water and keep positive thoughts going. I never dreamed I would have this success and I am starting to really feel good about myself for once...... I'd love to chat or share success tips with anyone>>>> I've tried just about everything out there....Best of Luck
