Default Single mom-Ready for change...AGAIN
I find myself here...AGAIN.Every day I say Im going to follow thru and don't! Im 36... weigh 198 pounds! I am so badly wanting to make the change and love my body.... so heres to trying again... :-) Hello all!!

You can do it! We have similar height and starting points (though I know I was closer to 220 at my highest, I just refused to look at the scale).

"Love your body", that is an excellent way to think of it. Love your body by treating it right, by feeding it well, by challenging it physically!
