Hey, I'm Liz! I'm 30yrs old, 5'3" and used to be about 300lbs. I've been struggling to regain my health for a few years now and have gotten as low as 185, but ended up back at 230 last summer.
Here is it the beginning of 2014 and I'm 204. My goal is to get to 140 by the end of this year. I feel that it's attainable if only I can keep my focus and determination.
I'm in desperate need of a support network to help get me through this
I do blog where I journal my progress complete with weekly weigh ins and photos, and have an IG for fitness/weight loss but I don't think I'm allowed to post those here.
