Default Looking for help

Hello all, my name is Emily. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I managed to get to around 190 pounds, and at 5'10 and a weight lifter, I looked pretty good. But after my first pregnancy I was back to 250. I've been yo yoing about 40 pounds for the past 5 years and am completely sick of it. I read about the boy who lost 130 pounds and surprised his parents with the weight loss. He said social media helped a lot so that is why I'm here! I can't wait to pick all of your brains for tips and support I plan on following Weight Watchers on my own, so I'll need some guidance with that as well. Hi Emily! There is a great WW thread here, and there is a group within there who follow the program on their own. There's lot of challenges and daily check-ins, which I have found especially motivating on my journey, and other ladies who lift weights in the exercise forum (I myself am about to buy the New Rules for Lifting for Women.)
