I don't know how long I've come back to this blog. It's been years, and I'm no closer to my weight loss goal. But it's a new year. My life is on track.
I've begun my career as a teacher. I'm getting married in October, and I want to be healthy, happy, and glowing with beauty from the inside out. I'll be journaling everything, counting calories, incorporating exercise in my daily routines, and eating six small meals a day. I'm going to use smaller plates, smaller skillets, and try to incorporate more veggies. Wish me luck in this year of self improvement
