Hey everyone!

This is my second time on this forum, the last time was early last year and I managed to lose almost 30 lbs. I got pregnant and now I'm 3 months postpartum and looking to lose the remaining 10 lbs of baby weight as well as at least another 30-40 lbs on top of that! I'm exclusively breastfeeding my little boy so currently trying to find a balance of how many calories I can eat to create a deficit while making sure I maintain my milk supply. Anyone else in the same boat??
