I think it's time to take the plunge and make my first post.

I'm a nearly 39yo SAHM of 4 kids. I've got around 12lbs to go to get to my goal, (I think, lol, I talk in metric and pounds confuse me, It's about 5.5kg that I want to lose), but I'm struggling mentally and financially to get there.

Hoping that getting "active" in here might have a flow on effect, lol.

And yup you're right it's 12 pounds. I also talk in metric but I always convert kilograms to pounds through Google since most of the people on here talk using pounds.
