Hi Shiv! I LOVE your plan!!!!! Actually I think that is the smartest way to go, when I've been successful, it has been through counting calories or specific diets like south beach and guess what? after I stop counting calories or following specific diets the weight comes back! So, I will join you in the lazy loser concept, I think it will be much easier to stick with it and keep it off! We should start the lazy club! and I also have 20 pounds to lose!!!!
