CONGRATS on your engagement!!!

I also got engaged this past Christmas (24th), and I know exactly how you're feeling. It took me a few weeks to figure out a way to keep myself on track dieting-wise. I am/was a HUGE junk food junkie ... well that and breads ... and everything else fattening and super yummy. LoL

Even falling off the wagon here and there, you still lost weight! Are you exercising with your herbalife plan?
Also, before i found a good plan I was binging like crazy, usually in the middle of the night when i got off work and the other half was in bed. Something I have found that helps is that I eat 5 times a day ... 3 small meals and 2 snacks in between. Seems like a lot (especially for someone who only ate 1 good meal a day before) BUT it keeps me from being hungry.
One last thing and then I'll shut up

I eventually had to limit what I had in the house, otherwise my will power seemed to disappear. Now I've let my other half have some of his snacks and I'mfine around them, but when I first started it felt impossible.
