Ugh. I think this is like my third time introducing myself here. I'm Amanda. 25. Midwest girl. Still struggling. I recently gained about 20 lbs and am really struggling with how I look. I weighed in today at 163, and it breaks my heart! However, I am about to start the Body by Vi weightloss meal-replacement shakes to see if that can help me jumpstart a healthier lifestyle again. My goal overall would be to get down to 125lbs. I NEED accountability, I NEED motivation, but I am determined to do this more now than ever! I am actually going to participate here & stick to my diet and keep doing my exercise (I am a beginner pole dancer, and it's definitely a workout!) and I'm going to be realistic with myself!
