I am searching this site for a diet which will help to lose that unwanted fat but reaching nowhere.
Iam drinking lots of water and greentea. I have bought a bike and do cycling for 15 mins. and when i get time i go for a brisk walk for 15 min. Thats all.
At office i curb my cravings but at home i indulge in taking some rice.
My food is basically wheat and vegetables and in between chicken. I am into this for last one month with not a pound decrease
I donot know where iam going wrong.
