New FAT chick from India

  • Hello everyone out there struglling for weight loss. I am from South India and am struggling to lose weight after my preganncy. Iam now 5 months after delivery and am working hard to lose weight.
    Its good that i have found out this site which i feel will help me in lsoing weight.

    OK. let me tell about myself. Iam 5.2" and my weight is 65 Kgs(Iwas 74 and now iam 65 in this 5 months). My ideal weight or dream weight is 55 Kgs.

    I want to get this weight in 3 months time(if possible). Iam looking for diet tips and advices. PLS HELP ME OUT.

  • Welcome! I am so glad you found this site as you will get the encouragement and motivation to lose those last 10 kgs. You have already lost 9 so you are almost 1/2 way there. I would encourage you to drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water. It helps me lose weight faster. Are you doing any exercise? That will help also. I look forward to "hearing" more about you and your successes with your battle with your weight.

    I am searching this site for a diet which will help to lose that unwanted fat but reaching nowhere.

    Iam drinking lots of water and greentea. I have bought a bike and do cycling for 15 mins. and when i get time i go for a brisk walk for 15 min. Thats all.
    At office i curb my cravings but at home i indulge in taking some rice.

    My food is basically wheat and vegetables and in between chicken. I am into this for last one month with not a pound decrease

    I donot know where iam going wrong.
