Hey, I'm new myself, actually just joined yesterday and posted my introduction. I know just how you feel as only someone who has experienced it can.
You can do it. It didn't happen overnight, but it will happen. What helps me are little mottos like
-Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
-One year from now, you can be glad you started or wish you had.
-Do not reward yourself with food. You are not a dog.
...when I get a craving. Tracking your calories, whether with WW or something else, gives you a sense of control (at least it does for me).
And move more...I did 20 minutes of an exercise tape that was designed for people with "limited mobility" (read in a wheelchair) but I did it standing up and I finished. I did something, cause I saw where doing nothing got me. Yeah, I felt sad that that is where I had to start, but no one force fed me.
I know, I know, who am I? I have only lost three or four pounds, but I just try to spread encouragement because I believe in you. It is depressing, but hating your body is hating yourself. Love yourself enough to help yourself.
Contact me anytime if you like. Either way, welcome and all the best
