Just believe in yourself and believe that you can do it. You will read in these threads how people have gotten thru temptations and sometimes not. Just remember to get right back on the wagon
You are the most important person to yourself! Forgive yourself and tell yourself you are changing.
It is always easier to think that its someone elses fault. I know growing up families and friends make food important, or say you are too skinny EAT, or they themselves have bad food habits. You are only responsible for yourself and noone else.
