Hello All!
I found this site while searching out info on Weight Watchers and after spending some time looking around, decided to join up.
About five years ago I lost about 80 pounds on my own and have since gained that back (with some extra). I've been tossing around the idea of joining Weight Watchers but just can't decide if I think it will be right for me. I exercise 2-3 times a week and know that I do well with a very structured eating plan. I'm just uncertain if WW will provide that for me.
So, I'm searching and ready to do something....feel free to share opinions or ideas. Thanks!
