Default Hello new heavy chef here

I am a male in early 40's I am a chef and i need some major changes in my diet as now i am heavy, took the kids 16.14 and 6 for a hike today i was winded and my legs where shaking was a weird feeling. I now find my self here looking for a way to get back in shape and conquer those big hills that had me shaking........................................... ..thank you free2saute
