I'm calling my lifestyle change "Operation: Phase Two" as I'm looking as everything up until this time in my life "Phase One" and "Phase Two" is the beginning of the healthy me.
I've had significant problems sticking to healthy lifestyle changes in the past, usually giving up after only a couple of weeks. This time I've decided I do need support since every other time I've gone it alone. I'm hoping by becoming an active member on this forum I'll find the community I've been looking for.
I've also created a blog on 3 fat chicks to record my journey, describe my plans and discuss my goals.
