Welcome dranaeli... I am new as well so we can support each other if your interested. I haven't had much luck yet meeting people yet and I'd love to have someone to bounce my days off of. I understand the husband thing. Not so much that he doesn't support me as much as he doesn't understand. He slim and never had to lose weight. His mentality about everything is black and white. You want to lose weight then just lose it... lol IF ONLY!!!

Hi jennabelle7 nice to meet you
Your right losing weight is not as easy as it may seem. My husband is the opposite he is a big man and so he is always encourging me to eat like him. he says oh one bite isnt going to hurt you and so fourth. I am interested in us too support each other

Yeah that would be tough for me. I didn't need a lot of push to eat bad so just a little nudge for a bite or two would be all I needed to stray off plan. You've lost weight so I'm thinking you've done good so far. So tell me what is calorie cycling? I feel silly asking but it doesn't ring a bell. I'm doing Weight Watchers. I'm on my 2nd week. So far so good. I'm committed to sticking with it for the long haul. I didn't get here overnight so I'm going to be patient and not expect it to come off fast. If its easier for you to support each other ill shoot you my email address. They come right to my phone and I truly don't mind. I hope your having as great start to your week!! -jena

Track everything you put in your mouth. I'm writing down everything so I know exactly how much I'm eating. Good luck on your journey!!

Welcome everyone!

When you don't have support at home, this is the perfect spot to hang out! I'd suggest finding a forum where you have shared interests and then start posting everyday. It's the fastest way to make friends here.

Best wishes!

I too am interested in calorie cycling, however ... I went on on a website to see my calorie intake ( I am a 5' 3" female and 265 pounds),is supposed to be 2120 calories on low cal days and 2544 on high cal. days. I am scared to try this high amount of calories. I have lost 23 pounds doing approx 1800 calories and exercise video 3x's weekly but it has taken me 5 1/2 months to do so. for the last 6 weeks I have lost nothing. I just want to see some type of weight loss. I don't want to get discouraged...

Hi ALL you Fabulous people ...
This my 12th post...and I'm over halfway to my ticker (posting wise!)...wooohoooo!

So I'm not putting life on hold anymore...my plan for 2013 is to live it and lose it at the same time.I don't want to wake up one day saying I avoided ALL the good stuff because of weighing scales. So no matter how uncomfortable that makes me feel, I'm saying YES to it all.

Thanks to the 3FC's and all their little chicks....
