Hi! Short story is I can't lose the weight I gained when I was pregnant with my son(who is 1 now!) I gained a lot with my daughter also but, dropped it in 8 months. I was only 23 then and I'm 30 now so that doesn't help. Looking for support and advice. Thanks!

Hi and welcome! I am also new here, 21 years old and 215 pounds, help! In my senior year of high school I lost 30 pounds and have now gained it all back and then some. Just came here looking for support as I break my bad habits

Hi Guys,

I am also new here and trying again for the 1,000th time. I have 60lbs to lose and am not formally on weight watchers, but using the books from the old point system. I will only weigh once a month and am starting out at 206. At 50+ it will take me quite a while.

wish all of us luck

Welcome! I'm a newbie also, only been here about a week.

Remember it took time to put the weight on, it'll take time to take it off. "Use" your kids to help lose weight. Make yourself go for walks! Put the little one in a stroller & go out for awhile. He'll love it & so will you. Fresh air is good for everyone. :-)
I bet if you looked around here or on other sites you can find other suggestions on how your children, especially your youngest, can "help" you lose weight.
Good luck! Keep us posted on your journey!
