I've been overweight most of my life, and I'm currently on my final year of college. It wasn't until some weeks ago that I decided I was going to shed off the weight and graduate looking good! If I can get over this hurdle, then I believe I can do anything!
I started P90x 2 weeks ago and am currently on my 3rd week, Day 4 (Yoga, yikes). Although I don't see any drastic changes to my body yet, I'm going to keep pushing forward because I believe the changes will come in time. I've gotten so much stronger inc week 1 and that's really what is keeping me motivated.
Anyway, I joined the site after searching for P90x nutrition modifications for overweight females, and I stumbled upon 2-3 threads from here. So I decided to join in hopes that I could learn more.
